Please ensure you read the following Terms & Conditions before purchasing from Papercut Posies.  By purchasing you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions which apply to the use of this site, its linked Facebook & Instagram pages

 

Completion Times

The process from order to delivery is up to 2 weeks.

If it is likely to increase due to demand or delayed shipping, this will be clearly announced before you place your order. 

Flower Availability

For paper bouquets, the flowers used are a mix of shades using your desired choice. They will also include white/ivory flowers. The flower types are chosen by Papercut Posies' discretion to provide a special bouquet for you. At the moment, there isn't an option to requested specific flower types, only colour themes.

Delivery & Shipping

Royal Mail is the preferred postage service. During extremely busy periods, we may use other courier services if they will be beneficial to you. All packages are sent 1st Class Post with Royal Mail.

You can arrange for your order to be sent to another address, other than your billing address if you would like it to be a gift.

For local orders, your items may be hand delivered. Two attempts will be made before opting to then send by post.

Flower Life

Paper flowers last forever.

General care and maintenance is required. If you follow the instructions on our care card, we guarantee your bouquet will be at its best for long time.

 

Refunds

Custom made products are exempt from the consumer contract regulations. The only exempt is if they are faulty. If you wish to return an item please notify Papercut Posies here.

A refund or a replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by Papercut Posies in the condition the sender received it. All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address and must be sent via Royal Mail signed for and proof of postage must be obtained. Returns must reach us within 14 days of Papercut Posies being notified of the return.  On the return of your item it will be checked over before a refund will be processed.

Please note there will be no returns on sale items. Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy. Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. Please note this does NOT apply to any orders that have been personalised as this can not be sold on. 

 

Price Changes 

Papercut Posies reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices will clearly be displayed on all items.
