Once you book an appointment, you'll be sent automated reminders but please, oh blinking please, put it in your diary/phone/calendar. Don't leave me staring out the window looking for you when you've forgotten.
At the appointment I'll take loads of notes, show you some samples, type you up a quote and hit you with some crap jokes! There is no obligation to laugh or book on the spot. I'll chat you through how to book me if you fancy it.
